| Contact Us About Us Our Confession of Faith | Our Worship Finding a biblical church in the area where you live can be difficult, as is finding a congregation you can genuinely worship with, learn from, and care about one another. We invite you to attend a new church we believe fits this description. Christ The King Presbyterian Church, a congregation of the Orthodox Presbyterian Church (OPC), now meets regularly for worship each Sunday in Longview. In 2000 a group of families started meeting together with the vision and prayer to see a Reformed church such as this one established in Longview. At Christ The King we are committed to in-depth preaching and teaching of the Holy Bible. Worship is central to everything we do as a congregation and our services are designed to be both joyful and reverent. Our congregation is made up of singles and families, young and old. We seek to be a church family in which every member is known and appreciated, and where we actively participate in one another's lives. The elders of our church are committed to shepherd each individual member by calling and visiting them from time to time, and praying for them often. Our deacons will assist and serve those members who have physical and financial needs. The name Christ The King Presbyterian Church was chosen to remind us that ultimately we are called to be disciples of Jesus Christ and to make disciples of Jesus Christ. By his life, death, and resurrection Christ has purchased our salvation. God has raised his name above all others, and we at Christ The King have accepted him as the King of our lives.
